Our breakthrough Nano Electronic X-ray (NEX) Technology in X-ray tubes has allowed us to make the Rover Plus significantly lighter than conventional systems. Thanks to a smaller, lighter X-ray head, we’ve removed the need for bulky counterweights in the base, meaning the Rover Plus operates smoothly without a motor. High-Performance, Lightweight X-ray Source

The magic behind the Rover Plus lies in our Nano Electronic X-ray (NEX) Technology. We’ve created an incredibly lightweight X-ray source that weighs just 1 kg (2.5 kg with shielding). This innovation enables the entire X-ray head, including the collimator, to weigh only 6.5 kg—a fraction of conventional designs, which often exceed 26 kg. This drastic weight reduction minimizes the need for counterweights and allows for a more agile, patient-friendly device. Occupational injuries are a real risk for radiologic technologists. The Rover Plus brings imaging to the patient, with its lighter X-ray head and ergonomic design reducing physical demands on clinicians.
